Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 31, 2011 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Nadia Basak, Director, as a Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours of March 30, 2011. However, Mr. Nadia Basak would continue as Non Executive Director on the Board of the Company.
