Visa Steel Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2011, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Basudeo Prasad Modi, as Deputy Managing Director, subject to the approval of the shareholders, for a period of 1 year with effect from April 01, 2011.
