Amal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2011, inter alia, to;
1. To Consider and take on record unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2010.
2. To discuss and, if found appropriate, to consider and approve terms and conditions and to issue Preference Shares of Rs. 10 crores upon conversion of loan pursuant to BIFR Order.
