Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2011, inter alia, have approved the raising of funds by issue of QIP up to a limit of Rs. 100 crores subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting.
