Godrej Industries Ltd: Options lapsed under the ESOP Plans
Godrej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee has noted / approved lapse of 49,000 options under GIL ESOP I and 10,000 options under GIL ESOP II, due to resignation of an employee of the Company.
