RE: [Technical-Investor] How options charts can give indication of a reversal

 

We always have a thinking that the smart money only sells the Options. Is it not possible that the smart money is also creating a synthetic by selling the 4900 and buying the 4800?
and along with that the dumb money also buying the 4800 and 4700 Puts.
 
2nd probability cud be the smart money buying the furture and protecting it by selling a Call and buying a put
 
It is tooooo complicated .. so many Combinations
 
BTW the OI in 4800 PE was near 3L til 6th nov and then steadily increased to 6 l in the next few days. I cant make out anything from this, any members who analyse wil be of great help
