Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 31, 2011, have approved to the following:
1. To amend the Article of Association of the Company.
2. Re-appointment of Ms. Ute Mayr as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. August 10, 2011 and enhanced her Salary, subject to the approval of Central Govt. and / or any appropriate authority, if required.
