Prime Focus Ltd: Appointment of New Auditor, in place of Resigning Auditor

Prime Focus Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received Resignation from the existing Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai from the Office as Statutory Auditor and Board has recommended to appoint M/s. MZS & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 11.30 AM at the registered office of the Company.
