CRISIL Ltd: Board to consider Interim Dividend
CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 15, 2011 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 and to consider the payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2011.
