Kaiser Press Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2011, inter alia, to consider the matter of acquiring more than 50% shareholding of M/S Xicon International Limited as it may be more beneficial and advantageous for the business activities of the Company.
M/S. Xicon International Limited will become subsidiary Company of M/S Kaiser Press Limited as per The Companies Act, 1956 after such acquisition. This will expand Company's business activity and Kaiser Press Limited will be immensely benefited.
