Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2011, has decided to allot Equity shares in lieu of the Convertible Warrants from whom the balance 75% of Consideration towards conversion of warrants has been received.
