Empower India Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Empower India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2011, has allotted Equity Shares in lieu of Convertible Equity Warrants issued on a preferential Basis to all such Allottees form whom balance 75% of allotment monies have been received.
