SKS Microfinance Ltd: Allotment of Equity Shares
SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 14,554 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
