1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Pravin D Gala from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect from February 01, 2011.
2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Jatin R Chhadva from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect from February 01, 2011.
