1. Alteration of Memorandum of Association under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956, modifying the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Changing the Name of the Company under Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956.
3. Appointment of Chairman Emeritus.
