With the aforesaid acquisition of 228 shares, the holding in the name of Mr. Gautam N. Mehra (Member of Mehra Syndicate) has increased to 88,80,112 shares resulting into 60.814% of the paid up share capital of the Company and accordingly Promoters holding has increased to 1,04,45,381 resulting into 71.53% of the paid up share capital of the Company.
