With reference to earlier announcement dated February 02, 2011 regarding Board Meeting on February 14, 2011, Addi Industries Ltd has now submitted to BSE an amended Notice in the matter with the addition of "from the State of Uttar Pradesh to Delhi" in item No.2.
The amended / modified item No.2 now reads as:
2. The shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Uttar Pradesh to Delhi.
