Eco Recycling Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Eco Recycling Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2011, has considered and approved the issue of 8,00,000 (Eight Hundred Thousand) Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis to Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited, as per the norms of the SEBI.
