Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a news item carried by the financial daily dated February 21, 2011,
under the headline "DB in talks with Oberoi Realty to sell 30K sq mtr of TDRs". The Company categorically deny the news item and wish to clarify that the Company are neither in any talks whatsoever with DB Realty nor is any transaction contemplated between Oberoi Realty and DB Realty for purchase of TDRs.
