Arrow Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 21, 2011, inter alia, have taken following decisions relating to the proposed Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the Company:
1. The shares to be issued on Rights basis will be given to shareholders holding shares as on the Record Date, on Rights basis in the ratio of 2 (two) Equity Shares for every 5 (Five) Equity Shares held.
2. Rights Issue of 54,41,126 Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each offered at a Rights Issue Price of Rs 11/- each for cash at a premium of Re 1/- per Equity Share.
3. Approval of Final Letter of Offer of Rights Issue of Equity shares.
