Excel Glasses Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 26, 2011, to consider / take on records (1) the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 and (2) To consider Capital Restructuring of the Capital of the Company and conversion of Preference Shares subject to the approval of concerned authorities.
