Resignation of Managing Director
Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that subject to approval of Securities and Exchange Board of India, Mr. G. Narayanan, Managing Director of the Company has tendered his resignation as the Managing Director (MD) as well as the director of the Company on December 31, 2010 due to personal reasons.
