Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 10, 2011, to announce the record date for the purpose of reckoning names of the equity shareholders of the Company (Mid Day Multimedia Ltd), who shall be entitled to receive shares of Jagran Prakashan Ltd. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Mid Day Multimedia Ltd. and Jagran Prakashan Ltd. and their respective shareholders and creditors.
