Fixes Record Date for Interim Dividend
Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed "January 25, 2011" as Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2010-2011, if any, declared in the Meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to be held on January 19, 2011.
