| English Indian Clays Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2010, inter alia, has recommended the following items for approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 29, 2010:- 1. A final dividend @ Rs. 5/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. An interim dividend @ Rs. 5/- per Equity Share has already been paid by the Company during the year. 2. Sub-division of 1 (one) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into 5 (five) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up. 3. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 5:4 i.e. issue of 5 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each for every 4 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each held.
