Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd: Change in Directorship

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors to comply with the requirements relating to the "term of Independent Directors" in line with the Corporate Governance Voluntary Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mr. N. C. Jain and Mr. B. K. Syngal, Independent Directors shall cease to be Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business on March 31, 2011.
