NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that Shri S. Venkatesan, Director (Production), has retired from the services of the Company on attaining superannuation age of 60 years on March 31, 2011 (A.N.) as Director (Production) on the Board of the Company. Accordingly he ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company with effect from April 01, 2011.
Further the Company has informed that the Govt. of India has already initiated action to fill up the said vacancy.
