Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results within a period of sixty days from the end of the financial year March 31, 2011 instead of publishing unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
