With reference to earlier announcement where in JM Financial Products Ltd has informed BSE about the part release of pledge of 1,52,000 equity shares being 0.92% of the share capital of Zylog Systems Ltd, required under Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
