Mayur Leather Products Ltd: Board declares Interim Dividend

Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2011, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- (i.e. 5%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year 2010-11. The said dividend will be paid on or after March 21, 2011 to the persons whose name appears in the register of members / list of beneficial owners on the record date.
