Tulip Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Cedar Infonet Private Limited, the promoter of the Company have bought 1,79,634 equity shares constituting 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company from the open market.
Consequent to the purchase of above shares, the holding of M/s. Cedar Infonet Private Limited, has been increased to 33.16% comprising 480,88,384 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
