Thyrocare Laboratories Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Thyrocare Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2011, has decided to apply to Registrar of Companies, Mumbai for seeking availability of a new name, pursuant to which it is proposed to change the name of the Company.
