Gujarat Metallic Coal & Coke Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2011, inter alia, has extended the current financial year i.e. 2010-11 of the Company by a period of 3 (three) months viz. from a period of 12 months to a period of 15 months commencing on April 01, 2010 and now ending on June 30, 2011.
