City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 22, 2011 allotted 10,65,737 equity shares of Re. 1/- each pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employees under City Union Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 CUB ESOS 2008 (Series I).
