Garware Offshore Services Ltd: Change of name of the Company
Garware Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's name has been changed from 'Garware Offshore Services Limited' to 'Global Offshore Services Limited and a fresh 'Certificate of Incorporation' to this effect, consequent to change of name has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
