ACIL Cotton Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
1. The Board has approved bonus issue in ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders of the Company and consequent changes in Memorandum ot Association, subject to approval of members in General Meeting.
2. To increase Authorized Capital commensurate with above.
3. Extra Ordinary General Meeting of members to be held on April 5, 2011.
