Sakthi Finance Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Sakthi Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2011, inter alia, have approved a proposal to de-link the wholly-owned subsidiary, Sakthi Properties (Coimbatore) Limited from the Company.
