Religare Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority has accepted requisition for registration application Form IRDA/R1 of Religare Health Insurance Company Limited i.e. subsidiary of the Company.
Consequent to the above, the Company will continue to work with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority for completion of Licensing Process and to start health Insurance Operations.
