Outcome of Board Meeting

ACI Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 01, 2011, has issued and allotted 29,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 17/- per share to other investors (Non Promoters) on preferential allotment basis in accordance with the resolution passed by the members through Postal Ballot which was declared on December 13, 2010.
