Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2011, has approved the issue of Rights Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company and authorised the Committee of Directors to decide various matters pertaining to Rights Issue viz. appointment of various agencies and advisers, size of rights issue, ratio entitlement, price per shares etc.
The rights issue is proposed to raise funds for the expansion & modernisation plans, working capital requirements, general corporate purposes & such other purposes as Board/Committee of Directors may deem fit and add as objects before finalisation of Right offer document.
