Force Motors Ltd: Resignation of Director
Force Motors Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Bharat V. Patel, will cease to be Director of the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2011, as intimated by him. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 29, 2011 accepted his resignation w.e.f. January 31, 2011.
