The lowest low seen in 2009 march was near 33. An high 450 in jan 2008.
Considering a differential of near 420 between prices, the CMP is near 8% of differential of lows. I guess it is a bargain buy even now. A test of 53.8 has taken place to check the strength of support, and rebounded. So now one can buy with that as a SL…
A bottom formation will be confirmed only on test of 63.15. Hence since this number is not far away, it will be worth the wait to prove that the bottom has been created or not…. Bull power is seen holding, though prices are dropping indicating accumulation…. (This is my own interpretation)
Any way those holding the stock at these levels can remain to hold the stocks… It is part of NIFTY and in the business of power/renewable energy. In view of GOM disaster, it is just a matter of time before; wind power gets a boost as relative cost to other renewable source of energies is very wide…. And wind power is the cheaper and easier option, directly feeding to the grid…. And having the least pollution index (almost NIL), as in coming days, like 5 star energy rating, all industries could get a pollution index (An advance prediction from me)
PS – I hold this stock from near these levels…. My advice only RA w/SL buy in now above 53.8…
But I presume, there is lot of money waiting on sidelines….. To get invested. Hence I would say, buy in deep falls, valuable companies, irrespective of charts on some indication….. esp those companies which have not acted for the rise seen in last 1 year….

Average suzlon around 47 if comes, and hold for long term.
