• Empower Industries India bonus issue

The board meeting of Empower Industries India will be held on 12 February 2010 to consider and approve the Issue of Bonus Shares to existing Shareholders of the Company, to fix the record date and ratio of Bonus.

• Simmonds Marshall stock split approved

The board has approved to stock split equity shares of the company from Rs. 10 each to Rs. 2 each.
