• Ram Kaashyap Investment Approves Rights Issue

The board of Ram Kaashyap Investment in its meeting on 21 January 2010 has considered and approved the proposed rights issue of 3,51,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, aggregating to Rs. 3,516 lakh to the existing shareholders of the company in the ratio of 4 equity shares for every 1 equity share.
