| Hi Rajeev, My acquaintance with this Ultimate Oscillator is only from last night around 1.00 a.m As you could see from the chart, MACD was sloping down steadily, but when the reversal happened it did not convey it immediately. There was a time lag. I tried a shorter time frame chart but there were many whip-saws prior to the reversal. I thought there should be some indicator which should give an early warning or a signal with reasonable time delay, (Yesterday's reversal was very quick..) I was experimenting with the indicators one by one and all were lagging. Accidentally I noticed a divergence in UO. After plotting it on the chart and its ability to capture the reversal on time, I goggled and found these following two sites give some valuable information. As of now, my understanding is, Its main feature is its divergence. So I think when we have a position in hand and want to exit and/or reverse, we can use UO's forewarning/signals.
