Dear Kind Hearted Friends,
       
            Mrs. Rinki Kumari, Case CE 21794, aged 23 years is suffering from acute Myeloid Leukemia. Prescibed Treatment is Cemotherapy. Duration For Treatment is 6 months. Intent of Treament is Curative. Estimated Expenditure is Rs. 4,50,000.
     
           She is undergoing treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.She comes from a very poor family and is unable to bear cost of treatment. We therefore appeal to kind hearted gentlemen to donate generously for her treatment.

          All donations may kindly be send directly to Tata Memorial Hospital payable at Mumbai mentioning name of the patient and case CE 21794 on the reverse.
