Midvalley Entertainment Ltd: Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Midvalley Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. S. N. Madhavan, Company Secretary of the Company, resigned from services of the Company, with effect from May 15, 2011 and in his place, Mr. P. Krishnasamy, a qualified Company Secretary, has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from May 16, 2011. Further the Company has informed that Mr. Krishnasamy will be the compliance officer of the Company.
