Voltas Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Voltas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2011, inter alia, have recommended Dividend of Rs. 2 per share on face value of Re. 1/- per share (200%) for the year 2010-11.
