Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a payment of dividend of Re. 0.50 per share i.e. 5% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2010-11.
