Network 18 Media & Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2011, inter alia, to consider, the issue of securities on Preferential basis to Promoter / Promoter Group subject to the approval of shareholders in accordance with Chapter VII of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
